The St Giles House is a boutique hotel, situated within the fabulously restored building in the heart of Norwich.
Our 24 rooms including exquisite Suites and Deluxe Suites are all individually designed. All rooms have en-suite facilities, flat screen TVs with DVDCD players, teacoffee etc. The restaurant offers an inviting selection of freshly prepared dishes. Book a treatment in the St Giles Spa and have the stress of the day massaged away. Or maybe you would like to sit on the terrace and enjoy a cocktail. Complimentary car parking is available for hotel guests during their stay. Please note that we do accept American Express Credit Cards . By Car (from the south):
- Follow the A11, going straight over each roundabout, heading towards the centre of Norwich, until you come to a roundabout with a sign for Chapelfield Shopping. Take the left turn towards Chapelfield to the next roundabout.
- At this roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay to the left as the road forks. This brings you onto St Giles Street.
- Look for the large Baroque building made out of sandstone on the left-hand side. This is the hotel.
- The car park is located at the rear of the hotel. To access the car park, turn left onto Willow Lane as you fork left onto St. Giles Street.
- Follow this road to the T-junction and turn right at the Macawbers Tavern Pub.
- Continue in this direction for about 400 metres and then turn right directly after Hedley and Ellis Electrical Wholesalers. You will need to call reception prior to your arrival to obtain the barrier code.

Parking is available for guests’ use, free of charge.
