We are conveniently located in a peaceful residential area close to the junction of the A11 and A47 providing easy onward access and very close to UEA N&N and Spire Hospitals Norwich Research Park and City Centre. We are conveniently located in a peaceful residential area close to the junction of the A11 and A47 providing easy onward access. Best visited with a car for ease of travel our Guests can walk to the University Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and Norwich Research Park and are more than welcome to leave their cars in the 24 hour off road parking that we have available. Guests may also catch a bus or use the Park and Ride (or walk....?) into Norwich (about 3.5 miles away) or beyond. There is a choice of local pubs / restaurants in the area a couple of which are just under 1 mile away and therefore walkable for some. Our local pub also offers our Guests a 10% discount subject to some conditions. Cringleford is a lovely area and we look forward to welcoming you to our home. At A11 / A47 Thickthorn roundabout take the A11 into Norwich. After about 1/4 mile go straight over the next roundabout. After a further 1/4 mile take the next slip road to Cringleford. Turn left at the top of the slip road into Colney Lane & take the 5th turning on the right into Gurney Lane. (There is a small brick built Post box at the top of Gurney Lane which is less than 1/2 mile from the slip road). No1 Gurney Lane is the 3rd house from the top of the road after the bungalow.;
