We are situated 10 miles South west of Norwich in 250 acres of peaceful Norfolk countryside.

- Barnham Broom is situated 10 miles west of Norwich, approximately one and a half miles off the main A47 trunk route from the East Midlands; and some 5 miles off the main A11 London to Norwich road.
