The hotel also features a wonderful restaurant with resident chefs known to prepare delicious dishes such as beef and ale pie and steak and kidney pudding as well as the delectable Norfolk duck. A must stay for those interested in the English countryside.
Please note that during the summer, the Amber Lodge regularly hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions on a Saturday and therefore the bar/restaurant may not be open. Staff can recommend a number of very good pub/restaurants close by. The Amber Lodge does offer Sunday lunches, but the restaurant is closed on Sunday nights.
